Gleam alerts: text message terms

Last updated: October 12, 2026

The program

The program name is Gleam alerts. Gleam alerts are deal alerts about jewelry listings on online marketplaces, sent by Gleam, the private app of a family business run by [OPERATOR NAME].

Who gets them

Only members of the family business who sign up themselves: each person enters their own mobile number on Gleam's Alert settings page and checks the box "Text me Gleam alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.", with these terms and the privacy policy linked right next to it. Nobody can sign up someone else, and Gleam never texts anyone who has not signed up. See how to sign up.

What you'll get

• Alerts about jewelry listings that may be good buys, with the price, the estimated melt value and a link to the find in Gleam.
• One confirmation text when you sign up, test alerts when you ask for them, and replies when you text HELP or STOP.

Gleam alerts are not marketing. Message frequency varies with how many good deals turn up.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any Gleam text to cancel. You'll get one text confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and no more Gleam texts after that. You can also turn off text alerts on the Alert settings page. To get texts again, reply START.

Help

Reply HELP to any Gleam text for help, or write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. The reply to HELP reads:

Gleam alerts: deal alerts for our family business. Help: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
